Is BAID X free?
Yes. Every account type joins free on the Access plan. Optional Pro plans start at GH₵30 a month for workers. See the pricing page for every plan and fee.
How does escrow protect me?
When you hire, the job is funded from your BAID X wallet, which you top up through Paystack. BAID X holds the money while the work happens and releases it when you approve, or automatically 3 days after the worker marks it done if you do not respond. Disputes freeze the money while BAID X reviews them.
What does a badge mean?
A badge means a BAID X reviewer checked that person’s profile, ID, trade proof or background, depending on the badge. Checks carry a small review fee, which pays for the review, not the result. A paid plan never buys a badge.
Where does BAID X work?
In all 16 regions of Ghana. Amounts are in Ghana cedis and payouts go to mobile money.
